CITY RULES
1. Stay In Character (IC)
- Your actions, speech, and decisions must be consistent with your character and situation.
- You may only go out of character (OOC) with staff permission.
- OOC information must never influence IC situations.
2. Communication Standards
- All in-city communication must be in character through voice, radios, or phones.
- Use push-to-talk when possible and avoid mic spam that breaks immersion.
- External voice apps during active roleplay are prohibited.
- Out-of-character chat must never be used to affect roleplay outcomes.
3. Meta-Gaming and Power-Gaming
- Using information from outside the server to benefit your character is prohibited.
- Forcing outcomes or consequences on others without realistic roleplay is prohibited.
4. Combat and Conflict Rules
- No random deathmatch (RDM). Violence requires clear roleplay justification.
- No vehicle deathmatch (VDM). Vehicles may not be used as weapons without proper IC reason.
- Violent or hostile actions should include realistic narrative build-up.
5. Value of Life and New Life Rule
- Characters must respond to danger realistically and value their life.
- If incapacitated, your character does not remember events leading to that incident.
6. Realism and Roleplay Quality
- Roleplay should be logical, grounded, and immersive.
- Low-effort interactions are subject to enforcement.
- Creative storytelling and character uniqueness are encouraged.
7. Respect and Community Conduct
- Harassment, racism, hate speech, or discrimination are prohibited.
- Resolve disputes through staff channels without disrupting roleplay.
- Toxicity, targeted harassment, and bullying can result in disciplinary action.
8. Exploits, Abuse, and Technical Integrity
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, cheats, or third-party tools will result in enforcement.
- Combat logging is not permitted.
- Report exploits and major issues to staff promptly.
9. Sensitive Content and Consent
- Non-consensual sexual roleplay and graphic depictions involving players are prohibited.
- Sensitive themes must be handled maturely and with staff guidance.
10. Crime and Robbery Rules
- No picket wiping and no robbery without purpose.
- Major crimes must be planned and realistic.
- No chain major crimes back-to-back.
- Cooldowns: Liquor stores and 24/7s are 5 minutes, banks are 1 hour.
11. LEO and EMS Interaction
- Do not bait police.
- EMS is off-limits while on duty for criminal-related actions.
- Police corruption must be pre-approved by staff.
12. Greenzones (Safezones)
- No hostile actions in designated greenzones.
- Roleplay scenarios must begin outside safezones.
13. Gang and Organization Rules
- Gangs and organizations require staff approval.
- Maintain roleplay quality and avoid excessive shootouts.
14. Enforcement and Penalties
- Violations may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans.
- Penalties depend on severity, frequency, and impact on the community.
- Staff decisions are final, with appeals where applicable.

- Meta-Gaming: Using outside information in roleplay.
- Power-Gaming: Forcing outcomes on others.
